ShaveMob reached out some time ago to ask if I would be willing to review their Shaving Kit - Ladies Mob. Being the hairy beast that I am I jumped at the chance to review the subscription-free and price saving service.
In my cylindrical packing I received everything here:
I received samples of both the Perfectionist and the Purist.
Meet The Perfectionist a six blade stainless steel razor, which has the best flexible head that hugs every curve. There is a lubricating strip that contains Vitamin E, aloe and Lavender oil. I do wish the strip was a bit bigger. There is some drag when using so you will need to make sure you are using some lotion when shaving.
I do love this razor the pivot head with the non-clogging flow through blades made a difference when shaving. I'm very accident prone and was able to shave without seeing any blood. The handle is ergonomic and non-slip and worked better than the expensive brand. Even with hands covered in soap I was able to maintain a good grip on the handle
I know many people who are not really into a very flexible head on a razor for those females ShaveMob brings you The Purist. The Purist is a four blade stainless steel cartridge. It has the same non clogging, flow through blade design, the head does pivot but not to the extreme as the Perfectionist.
The lubricating strip on the Purist contains Chamomile, olive oil and allantoin. I like the size of the lubricating strip on this cartridge, but my heart belongs to the Perfectionist.
Prices for this subscription service works for everyone's budget:
The Perfectionist:
- 2 Month Supply 1 handle + 4 cartridges = $12.99
- 6 Month Supply 1 handle + 12 cartridges = $22.99
- 12 Month Supply 1 handle + 24 cartridges = $39.99
For the brand I was using it's about $42 for six cartridges no handle. So that savings are insane.
The Purist:
- 2 Month Supply 1 handle + 4 cartridges = $10.99
- 6 Month Supply 1 handle + 12 cartridges = $17.99
- 12 Month Supply 1 handle + 24 cartridges = $29.99
No these aren't typos those are the actual prices of subscriptions. I'm signing up for the 12 month supply for The Perfectionist right off the top you are looking at 70% savings from what you are currently paying just be a little less hairy. There is no reason not to try the ShaveMob service.
